Jack is a senior teaching fellow/lecturer in philosophy and education studies at the UCL, where he currently leads the MA Philosophy of Education. Jack’s work is located within the social, epistemological and psychoanalytic philosophy of Frankfurt School Critical Theory, and he researches questions regarding dehumanisation, misrecognition, human rights, and human flourishing.
Previous work has included teaching at the University of Cambridge, leading a range of community arts and education programmes, work as professional musician, and in both film/tv production and journalism.
